The main structure of Thailand's new Audit Bureau office building was successfully topped out

Located in Bangkok, Thailand, the project mainly includes one new office building, one conference hall and one parking building, with a total construction area of 96,041 square metres. With convenient traffic around the project, Bangkok Railway Station in the west and Bangkok National Park in the east, the project will mainly serve the National Audit Office of Thailand and other related governmental departments, and will be a business card of China Railway 10 Bureau in Thailand.

The main building of the new Audit Office Building is 137 metres high, with a structural form of ‘Core Cylinder + Girderless Floor Slab’. The core cylinder adopts sliding mould construction technology, the girderless floor slab adopts lifting mould installation technology, and the outer frame adopts climbing frame construction technology. In order to ensure the quality of super-high-rise concrete, a project technology research group was set up at the beginning of the project to study the key technologies.

Slipform construction technology
The sliding mould construction technology uses the sliding device to slide the 1.2m-high tool-type formwork along the concrete surface, controlling the thickness of each layer of concrete to be no more than 25cm, so as to achieve the effective sliding of the formwork. Do a good job of measuring and correcting the deviation during the sliding process, and control the horizontal deviation of the sliding mould working platform within 1 cm. After the concrete is poured, a professional maintenance agent is used to apply maintenance. This technology achieves scientific control of formwork sliding up, system installation and concrete pouring in slipform construction.

Lifting Mould Installation Process
The beamless floor slab adopts the lifting mould construction process, which makes use of the rigidity of the lifting formwork itself and the four-corner support to realize the fast erection and dismantling function of the support system, and ensures the effect of the concrete being light on the outside and solid on the inside.

Climbing frame construction process
The external scaffolding adopts fully-automatic attached lifting scaffolding to carry out overall lifting, with fast construction speed, high safety performance and saving a large amount of turnover materials.

Before the construction of the installation works, the project installation team planned in advance and superimposed the pipelines of various systems such as water supply and drainage, electric power, fire fighting and air-conditioning, which ensured the reasonable arrangement of cables in the narrow space and realised the zero collision of multi-directional pipelines.

In terms of safety management, the project department formulates and strictly implements safety, quality and environmental protection education and training plans, actively carries out education and training before work, seasonal, holidays, stopping and resuming work, etc., to ensure 100 per cent coverage, and constantly improves the management personnel's and operators' business ability and quality. According to the local special equipment, special operations, quality inspection and other personnel targeted training to eliminate the phenomenon of special operators and other unlicensed operation. Strengthen daily inspections, urge the project to strengthen safety and quality standardisation management, strictly implement local, national and industry regulations, so that safety and quality control measures are in place.

As the most important government department in Thailand, the construction of the project has attracted the attention of all parties in Thailand. The relevant leaders of the Audit Bureau of Thailand have visited the project construction site several times to inspect the progress of the project, safety production and other conditions, and have expressed their recognition of the construction progress on the site, and have given a positive evaluation on the safety and quality management of the project.
