The chapter starts showing the Zoro, Kinemon and Kanjuro.

Next it goes over to Franky.
As Franky tries to push the strings back together with the dwarves; "Escort team! Bring the citizens over here! Tell them to get inside the factory! The rest, keep pushing!"
Luffy and Gatz come across a meat shop.
"Klutz! Drop me off over there!"
"Heyyy...that one was mean!"
"Hehehe-sorry."
Doflamingo continues to impale the gladiators.
After getting some of the civilians to the King's plateu, Barto goes back to where Viola and Usopp in order to search for Luffy's location.
Meanwhile, Sabo and Burgess continue their fight. Sabo has the upper hand and Burgess begins to get tired.

"Yeah! Thanks for everything!" as he takes a bite out of a chicken leg
"Alright, I'm gonna go help the civi-"
Gatz falls to the ground
"There you are...Straw Hat!"
"Aaaaaaaaah it's Mingo!" he panics with some pork in his mouth
"KAAAATS!!! YOU OKAY???"
"It was a pain searching for you, Straw Hat!"
OVERHEAT
BARRIER!
"Luffy-senpai, for now, leave him to me!"
"Yeah thanks! I just need 30 seconds!"
